HHS CARES Act Relief Fund Additional Payment June 3 Deadline
Providers must accept the Terms & Conditions AND submit revenue information by June 3rd to be considered for additional payment.
First Round Payments: Most providers received the first round of deposits automatically beginning April 10th. Instructions were issued that you must accept their terms and conditions to keep the funds.
Second Round Payment: On the same website after you accepted the Terms & Conditions there was a link to enter revenue information through the General Distribution Portal to apply for second round funds.
Information to input:
- Tax Entity (how you submit taxes, not legal entity)
- Revenue from 2018 tax documents
- Lost revenue during COVID (February. March, April)- you may estimate based on what you expect to lose based on actual patient flow during these months
